Orders placed before 4:00pm EST ship same day.**

 

We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with UPS Ground, to anywhere in the USA, Canada, & Puerto Rico. We also provide faster delivery options via UPS or common carriers , like "next day air", "2nd day", and "3rd day select". 

Ups does not ship to P.O. boxes, please make sure you provide us the detailed address.

Failure to provide correct information during checkout may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order.

Shipments to Canada are subject to customs regulations. This which may cause some delay; please contact your local government agency for turnaround info. costumer has to pay the broker fee 

Orders shipped to Canada, may be subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives. Limited Papers is not responsible, nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives. We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your province/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be. 
 
If an item is out-of-stock, customer service will contact you promptly with details and paper matching alternatives.

Special jobs (like cutting, perforating, punching, etc.) may sometimes cause a shipping delay, customer service will contact you.

We do not take responsibility for paper that gets lost or delayed in transit. In this event the client will need to initiate a claim with the carrier. We will however assist you with the claim filing process.

We collect 8.875% New York state sales tax on items shipped to a recipient within the state of New York, to customers & businesses without a resale certificate.
