Returns are simple.
Though Limited Papers rates high in customer satisfaction, we understand there may be a situation where the customer opts to return the paper ordered. To facilitate with the return process, we have established a code of rules for all returns to follow.
—Any claim must be made within ten days after receipt of order. Customers should contact our return department via email at returns@limitedpapers.com or by calling our customer service representatives at 800-797-7022.
—Returns will be recognized only if it is accompanied by a return consent number. Such a number will be issued once the request for return form has been completed.
The following conditions apply:
—Custom-ordered and custom-cut papers are not refundable.
—Packages must arrive in a saleable condition without any defects. Since paper is a vulnerable product, we suggest you insure the package with an insured shipper.
—Replacement costs may apply to any paper returned rendered unusable.
—Only packages prominently marked with a return consent number will be accepted by our warehouse management and forwarded to the credit department if deemed appropriate. Claims without a return consent number cannot be recognized.
—Orders that comply to the above terms will be fully refunded for the products, less the shipping charges. If an order was eligible for free shipping, the freight charges will be deducted from the order total.
—Limited Papers assumes full responsibility for defective products or wrong items shipped. In the event of such accidental shipments, Limited Papers will arrange for the pick-up of the unwanted stock and will rearrange for the requested products to be shipped in a timely manner.
