Limited Papers has since made it their commitment to bring online paper-buying to a new and more user-friendly level. We have therefore photographed most of our papers, to allow it for site viewing. Using the most up to date and state-of-the-art digital equipment, we are proud of the fascinating images we have created.
In order to even better assist our clients in making the right selection, Limited papers is eager to provide actual swatch samples packs, of up to five individually selected samples, at a minimal cost of $4.99. Such samples will be provided from our in-house sample department, otherwise from the relevant paper mills. In the event a sample is not available from either source, the client will be notified. Sample requests will be processed as regular orders.
As a courtesy, Limited Papers will readily reimburse the sample charge, once an order for that particular stock is issued. Customers will need to retain their sample invoice number to be eligible for such reimbursement. These privileges remain valid for thirty days after receipt of samples.
Return Policy:
Though Limited Papers rates high in customer satisfaction, we understand there may be a situation where the customer opts to return the paper ordered. To facilitate with the return process, we have established a code of rules for all returns to follow.
—Any claim must be made within ten days after receipt of order. Customers should contact our return department via email at returns@limitedpapers.com or by calling our customer service representatives at 800-797-7022.
—Returns will be recognized only if it is accompanied by a return consent number. Such a number will be issued once the request for return form has been completed.
The following conditions apply:
—Custom-ordered and custom-cut papers are not refundable.
—Packages must arrive in a saleable condition without any defects. Since paper is a vulnerable product, we suggest you insure the package with an insured shipper.
—Replacement costs may apply to any paper returned rendered unusable.
—Only packages prominently marked with a return consent number will be accepted by our warehouse management and forwarded to the credit department if deemed appropriate. Claims without a return consent number cannot be recognized.
—Orders that comply to the above terms will be fully refunded for the products, less the shipping charges. If an order was eligible for free shipping, the freight charges will be deducted from the order total.
—Limited Papers assumes full responsibility for defective products or wrong items shipped. In the event of such accidental shipments, Limited Papers will arrange for the pick-up of the unwanted stock and will rearrange for the requested products to be shipped in a timely manner.

Sales Tax & Customs Policy:
We collect 8.375% New York state sales tax on items shipped to a recipient within the state of New York, to customers & businesses without a resale certificate.
Orders shipped to Canada, may be subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives. Limited Papers is not responsible, nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives. We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.
